Fáilte go Scoil Chócaireachta an Daingin.
Dingle Cookery School is located in the beautiful seaside town of Dingle - a town well known for its food and hospitality and the school adds to this on many levels.
Dingle Cookery School was set up in 2014 by Mark Murphy and Muireann Nic Giolla Ruaidh. Both Mark and Muireann have a love for local and Irish food and sharing this is what they do best. Their passion for hospitality comes across in each and every class and experience they provide at the school.
The ability to create an experience to exceed customer expectation is evident through the quality tailored classes provided. Using quality local ingredients in a comfortable purpose built space makes Dingle Cookery School a fantastic space to learn how to cook or to perfect a craft.
The school offers a vast variety of activities from Sunday Brunch to Fermentation, from Sensational Seafood to Sourdough Bread Making, from a Chefs Table experience to Culinary Tours, and many other unique culinary experiences.
Two of the most unique experiences we offer are our Catch and Cook and Traditional Irish Cooking experience. The Catch and Cook combines the thrill of Atlantic Ocean fishing with expert cookery training to provide you with an authentic taste from our seas. Participants get to go out on a fishing boat, bring back their bounty then learn how to prepare and cook it, and of course to enjoy it all at the end of the class.
Our Traditional Irish Cooking class brings you the history of Irish food with its varied and interesting history followed by a fun cooking experience cooking some traditional Irish Food with a modern twist - A journey back in time through to modern day Irish cuisine.
