During this very special two day hands-on class we will guide through a range of butchery skills and curing principles. This weekend will start on Saturday 2nd November at 09:30 with a welcome reception and straight after we will get you into the kitchen to get started on the butchery.

Guided by Mark Murphy of Dingle Cookery School you will discover how to butcher a pig and learn about all the different cuts. You will learn how to use each and every piece of the animal, how to cook unusual cuts and offal, and how to cure meat to preserve it and make it last. With Marks' knowledge and expertise it will surely by a very special weekend.

The meat you butcher will be used to prepare meals and snacks for you to enjoy throughout the weekend.
