Based in the colourful seaside town of Dingle. The Dingle Cookery School was awarded Best Cookery School in Ireland 2019 (Food Awards Ireland) and Culinary Experience of the Year 2020 (Travel & Hospitality Awards).
The school is run by chef Mark Murphy and hospitality manager Muireann Nic Giolla Ruaidh who between them have 30 plus years’ experience. Using as much local and Irish ingredients as they can they are proud ambassadors of the exciting and emerging Irish food scene.
Fun and learning are intertwined within classes allowing a very enjoyable experience for all while ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and eat wonderful food.
Both Mark and Muireann believe that learning to cook is one of the greatest things (gifts one can) to ever experience. Once the basic techniques of cooking are understood not alone will you become a better cook but cooking will become very enjoyable.
