Become a Better Cook Level Two!
This class is ideally suited to the intermediate cook or anyone who loves to cook and wants to really hone and take their skills to the next level! This level two cooking class is designed to sharpen your skills, expand your repertoire, and transform you into a very confident cook.
What makes a great cook is one who has a strong grasp of the basic and fundamental skills. You will cover heat control, browning and the building blocks of flavour whether it is by adding things like roast garlic or toasted hazelnuts, how to lighten up your food easily or how to reduce liquids and when to use them.
We will show you how to master knife skills, precision cooking, and expert-level techniques. By the end of the class you will be able to create restaurant-quality dishes that will amaze your family and friends! Join us for ‘Become a Better Cook Level Two’ now and take your skills to the next level.
