A Dingle experience not too be missed!

If you want to experience what the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer; breath-taking scenery, delicious local food, expert local guides and memories to last forever, then this is for you.

Spend a memorable morning fishing outside the mouth of Dingle Harbour and cooking your catch at Dingle Cookery School. 

This class is suitable for all skill levels, no experience of fishing or cooking is required.

Your Day

• 08:30am – 2.30pm 
• Our team will meet you at Dingle Marina, we will introduce you to the skipper. The your fishing trip will be around 2 hours approx. out past the mouth of the harbour. 
• Once you arrive back to the marina we will meet you and take a short stroll (5 mins.) back to Dingle Cookery School.
• On arrival back at the cookery school, we will have some warm soup and freshly made bread ready for you. 
• Following your refreshments, our expert team will show help you prepare and cook your fish for your lunch.

What is included:

• 2 hour fishing trip  
• All fishing gear and fishing instruction will be provided by Dingle Boat Tours
• Home baked treats for the fishing trip
• Warm food on return to the Cookery School 
• 2-2.5 hour hands on cookery class to prepare and cook your fish
• Fish lunch, dessert and tea or coffee
• Recipe booklet

*Please Note

We ask that all people bring appropriate clothing for this trip. This includes warm clothing, a rain jacket, sun cream and a hat. 

Free parking is available at Dingle Cookery School (5 minute walk to marina)

This class is dependent on the weather or sea conditions. If the conditions are deemed unsuitable and unsafe for a fishing experience the boat company will not operate. This only happens on a very rare occasion. We will have this information 2-3 days beforehand and will always let you know as soon as we know. If a class is cancelled a full refund will be issued. 

Terms & Conditions 

• If a customer cancellation request is received 48 hours prior to a class, Dingle Cookery School we allow a full refund or booking transfers.

• This class is dependent on minimum numbers booked and weather conditions.
