Our Catch and Cook experience combines the thrill of Atlantic Sea fishing followed by a fun and enjoyable hands on cookery lesson on ‘how to prepare & cook fish’.

You will be rewarded with an amazing fresh Irish seafood meal that you have cooked with authentic tastes from our seas.

Our Catch and Cook experience combines the thrill of Atlantic Ocean fishing with our expert cookery class to provide you with an authentic taste from our seas.

Your experience will be lead by our experienced skipper who will bring you out to the stunning & plentiful fishing grounds of Dingle Bay and give you expert advice in the art of line fishing where you will work first hand at landing your own fresh fish such as Mackerel, Pollack, Cod & other wonderful fish species, (later to be your lunch!!!)

Once you come back in from your fishing expedition you will go directly to the Cookery School kitchens where you will learn how to identify, prepare and fillet your catch followed by an interactive cooking lesson where you will also learn and prepare delicious accompaniments.

You will be rewarded with an amazing seafood meal to sit down and enjoy together.

Not only will you see some stunning scenery on your boat trip but will be amazed at how delicious fresh Irish fish is and have the confidence to go away and prepare fish dishes for your friends and family.



The appropriate clothing is recommended for this trip.

In warm or sunny weather, make sure to have sun-cream and a hat.

In cooler weather, warm clothes are recommended as well as wind sheeters or raincoats. It can often be much cooler out to sea than on dry land.

This class is completely dependent on weather and favourable sea conditions.

All skill levels welcome.

  • Terms & Conditions – If a customer cancellation request is received 48 hours prior to a class, Dingle Cookery School we allow a full refund or booking transfers. After that we charge the full fee amount. Cancellation requests must be made by speaking with a member of our team by telephone.
  • All classes are dependent on minimum numbers booked
