We want to inspire you to enjoy cooking different meat dishes with ease and confidence.

Join for this class and we will guide you step by step to select, prepare and cook different meats using different techniques. Our day will start with a visit to our local butcher’s where they will give us some advice on how to buy good meat and find a cut that is suited for your meal. After this we will all head back to the cookery school and have some refreshments before we get cooking.

During the class, we all will cook serval different cuts and we will show you which cooking method is suited to each. You will have a greater understanding how to prepare, serve and pair different types of meat. The best part is that you get to have plenty of  small meals throughout the day. Each time we cook a dish we will sit and enjoy it.
