During this class, we will teach you how to choose the right cut best suited to the dish you are preparing.
We will teach you how to determine quality and flavour of meats, how to prepare and get the best from each cut, how to spice up meats with marinades, build the perfect brine for curing and examine different methods of cookery such as grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting, braising, stewing and poaching.
We shall provide comprehensive notes and recipe sheets so as you can feel confident choosing and working with meats inn your own home kitchen.
All skill levels welcome.
