Discover the traditional method of preserving foods to add variety and different flavours to your dishes.

In this hands-on full day class we will cover the principles of hot and cold smoking of meat, fish and diary products.

Your Day

  • 10am – 3pm
  • Tea/coffee arrival
  • Hands on class with Mark Murphy.
  • Lunch served & several snacks throughout the day
  • You will get to take home all the class recipes and notes.
  • You will get to take home some cuts of cured meat and fish.
  • This class is suitable for all skill levels.

This class is suitable for beginners.

  • If a customer cancellation request is received 48 hours prior to a class, Dingle Cookery School we allow a full refund or booking transfers. Please note; late cancellations will be charged the full fee amount.
