If you love Meat, this class is for you!

Take your fear out of cooking meat and learn how to select it, prepare it, cook it and serve it to perfection every time.

Your day will be begin with a trip into Dingle’s award winning Butcher Jerry Kennedy followed by a hands-on day back at the school discovering which cuts work well for grilling, frying, stewing, roasting and braising. You will get to work with a variety of cuts from lamb, beef & pork.

This class is suitable for all skill levels.

Your Day

  • 9.15am – 3pm
  • Meat the Butcher! Trip into Dingle’s award winning butcher, Jerry Kennedy.
  • Tea/coffee and homemade sweet treats on arrival to school.
  • Practical, hands on class with Mark Murphy.
  • Lunch served & snacks throughout the day
  • You get to take home a booklet of all the class recipes and notes.

         Terms & Conditions

  • If a customer cancellation request is received 48 hours prior to a class, Dingle Cookery School we allow a full refund or booking transfers. Please note; late cancellations will be charged the full fee amount.

  • All classes are dependent on minimum numbers booked.
