Do you love to bake sourdough bread, but don’t know where to start?

We want to inspire you to love baking and sharing your bread.

Take the fear out of working with a sourdough starter and discover how to bake different loaves of sourdough bread using different flours.
We will guide you step by step from how to look after your starter, to shaping and making a perfect loaf of bread. You will be surprised how easy it is.

After this class you will have the confidence to make fabulous sourdough bread every time.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as for people who have some baking experience.

  • If a customer cancellation request is received 48 hours prior to a class, Dingle Cookery School we allow a full refund or booking transfers. Please note; late cancellations will be charged the full fee amount.
