Description

The art of traditional bread making is at the heart of good cookery and one of the most satisfying things you can do. Using the simplest ingredients and the natural ferment of dough you shall learn to make a selection of loaves with a selection of flours. Using basic recipes we will show you how these can be adapted with infinite variations so as you can become master of your own bakery. You will leave with a clear understanding of how to make perfect sourdough bread at home all the time. This course will cover basic bread recipes:

  • Creating & nurturing your starter
  • The differences between flours and yeasts
  • Methods of baking
  • Serving suggestions
  • Fun and enjoyable learning
