The art of traditional bread making is at the heart of good cooking and one of the most satisfying things you can do.

Using the simplest ingredients you will learn the process involved in making yeast breads and how healthy bread is for you once you make it at home.

Learn how to bake soda bread, white yeast rolls and bread, focaccia and plenty of other bread.

Lunch is included & you will leave with plenty of baked treats.

All skill levels welcome.
